The distrubution of invoice lines within this average was ranged between 1 to 99, providing an average of 1.8 invoice lines per customs entry. Broker Solutions UK LTD wanted to formulate a simplified process map of onboarding new staff, configuring importer/ supplier relationships, and their HS code/ Product/ SKU relationship to provide seamless customs entries via automation from key to submission.

Gravitas Worldwide Limited had identified that tracking containers and MAWB’s within their current TMS – CargoWise is approx. 60% accurate, with as long as 72 hours in latency before any movements/ front end data fields are updated to reflect what the carrier is displaying on their website. This causes labour intensive manual tracking to reduce the latency on updates but this still does not provide any insights or a solution to manual processing.
