Customs Case Study

Challenge:

The average throughput per Customs Clerk was approx. 10.62 customs entries per day.  The distrubution of invoice lines within this average was ranged between 1 to 99, providing an average of 1.8 invoice lines per customs entry.  Broker Solutions UK LTD wanted to formulate a simplified process map of onboarding new staff, configuring importer/ supplier relationships, and their HS code/ Product/ SKU relationship to provide seamless customs entries via automation from key to submission.

Execution:

FYI used the TMS that Broker Solutions UK LTD were using to integrate their Customs One software, which comprises of a complex but highly intuitive & configurable framework and user interface.  Broker Solutions UK LTD were then provided core training and were up and running within 1 week.  

Deliverable:
